Yes, you can build a corporate event or a client experience around our cars. Grant Motor Group rents its whole fleet for business use, whether you want one Ferrari to reward a top salesperson or five cars staged outside a venue for a product launch. We deliver anywhere in Scottsdale (a delivery fee applies and is confirmed at booking), so the cars can arrive at your resort, office, or event space. The one rule that never bends: each person who gets behind the wheel has to meet our age, license, and insurance requirements as an individual.
The most common setups are a client reward, a team incentive, and an on-site display. Each one uses the fleet a little differently, so it helps to picture them before you book.
A client experience usually means one or two standout cars handed to a guest you want to impress. Think of a key account signing a renewal, or a prospect you are flying in to close. You put them behind the wheel of the Lamborghini Urus S or the Ferrari 458 Italia, and the drive becomes the thing they remember about your company. The Urus S makes 657 horsepower and hits 60 mph in about 3.5 seconds, per Lamborghini's own spec sheet, so even a short loop leaves an impression.
A team incentive rewards your own people. A sales contest where the winner drives a Porsche 911 GT3 for a weekend costs your company far less than a cash bonus of the same emotional weight. The GT3 is built around a 3.8-liter naturally aspirated flat-six making 475 hp and revving to 9,000 rpm. That is a prize people actually talk about at the office.
An on-site display puts the cars in front of a crowd. Product launches, grand openings, dealership events, and conference booths all use parked exotics as a draw. Here the car is scenery and a photo backdrop; ask us about a static display for your event.
Scottsdale is a natural place to do any of this. The city drew more than 11 million visitors in 2024, including 4.9 million domestic overnight travelers and 1.7 million international ones, according to Experience Scottsdale figures reported by Signals AZ. A lot of high-value business travel already lands here, which is why so many companies host clients in town.
Match the car to the message you want to send. Our fleet spans six vehicles at different price points, and each one signals something different to a client or a team.
| Vehicle | Daily rate | What it signals at an event |
|---|---|---|
| BMW M2 Competition | $399/day | Approachable, sporty, an easy first drive for a nervous guest |
| Corvette Z06 (2025) | $449/day | American supercar performance without a six-figure car's price tag |
| Porsche 911 GT3 | $799/day | Precision and motorsport credibility |
| McLaren 600LT | $999/day | Rare, track-focused, a serious statement |
| Lamborghini Urus S | $1,199/day | Bold and roomy, the easiest exotic to seat a guest in |
| Ferrari 458 Italia Liberty Walk | $1,499/day | The head-turner, built for photos and reactions |
Please confirm current rates when you book, since pricing can change, and if you find the same car elsewhere for less we'll beat it.
A few practical notes shape the pick. The Urus S is the only five-seat exotic in the group, so it is the right call when you need to carry a client and a couple of guests together. Its SUV shape also makes it the easiest car in the fleet to climb into and out of in business clothes, which is why it appeals so broadly at events. The Corvette Z06 is the value play for a group: its 5.5-liter V8 makes 670 horsepower and reaches 60 mph in 2.6 seconds, per Motor Authority, yet it rents for a fraction of the Ferrari. The Ferrari 458 Liberty Walk is the one to park out front, because its widebody kit and reactions make it the best camera magnet in the fleet.
If you want a themed group, you can mix cars. A launch event might pair the loud Ferrari for photos with the practical Urus S for guest rides. Tell us the goal and we will help you build the lineup.
The rules follow the person who drives, not the company that pays. This is the part businesses most often get wrong, so read it closely before you plan a ride-along.
Every driver must be at least 25 years old, or 21 with our prior approval. Each one needs a valid license, a clean driving record with no major violations (a DUI, reckless driving, or a recent suspension is usually disqualifying, so confirm your situation when you book), and proof of their own insurance. That last point matters for corporate bookings: the coverage has to be comprehensive auto insurance, active and in the driver's own name. Your company's commercial auto policy usually will not extend to a rented exotic, and a personal policy often will not either. As the insurer XINSURANCE puts it plainly, "Personal auto policies don't cover exotic cars or rentals." We confirm the exact liability figure your car needs at booking, and coverage cannot be added at pickup.
Because of this, plan who drives before the event, not during it. If three executives want to take turns, all three have to clear the same checks in advance. You cannot simply hand keys around at a party. If a guest cannot meet the requirements, ask us about a static display instead.
Damage during the rental stays with the person in whose care the car was. That covers collisions, curbed wheels, scratches, and interior damage, billed at actual repair cost plus an administrative fee. A refundable security hold is the buffer (a credit card is the best way to carry it; a debit hold ties up your own cash, so confirm card options when you book), and it is released after a clean return inspection. The hold amount varies by car and is confirmed at booking, so we do not publish a single figure. For a company event, decide early whether the business or the individual driver carries that responsibility, and put it in writing internally.
Delivery is available anywhere in Scottsdale, and that covers the venues most corporate events use. We bring the car to resorts, private residences, offices, and event spaces, and to Scottsdale Airport (SDL) as part of our white-glove handoff. That handoff includes a check of the car's condition plus the license and insurance check, so build a few extra minutes into your run of show for it. Delivery outside Scottsdale, including Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX), is confirmed at booking along with the fee.
For a static display, two operational details keep the day clean. Give us one on-site contact who can meet the car and point to exactly where it goes, because a handoff with no named person stalls at the door while the crew hunts for whoever booked it. And pick a firm, level spot where guests will actually see the car, near the entrance rather than the back of a lot. A staged exotic in the wrong corner draws no photos, which is the whole reason you rented it.
Book earlier than you think you need to. Popular cars and dates go fast, and Scottsdale's business calendar is crowded. Marquee weeks like the WM Phoenix Open, which has drawn crowds over 700,000, and the Barrett-Jackson collector-car auction at WestWorld pull thousands of companies into town at once. If your event lands in a busy window, lock the cars in weeks ahead, not days.
Here is a simple way to plan the booking:
Multi-day discounts apply if your event runs across a weekend or a conference, so ask about that when you call.
If you know your date and roughly what you want the cars to do, we can shape the rest around it, from a single client drive to a full launch display. Reach our team at (623) 400-3031 by call or text, or send a message to @grantmotorgroup on Instagram, and we will help you match the fleet to your event.
