Yes. You can usually extend an exotic car rental after it has already started, as long as the car is not booked right after you. Call or text Grant Motor Group as early as you can. We check availability, add the days to your agreement, adjust the security hold, and confirm your insurance still covers the new dates.
Read the full answer →No. A Grant Motor Group exotic rental is self-drive, so you do the driving yourself as the driver of record on your own full-coverage insurance, instead of hiring a chauffeur. Being driven for hire is a separate, regulated service that needs an Arizona vehicle-for-hire permit under ARS 28-9503.
Read the full answer →Not the way a mainstream chain does it. Grant Motor Group is a Scottsdale exotic rental, so every rental starts and ends with the GMG team, not at a branch in a different city. You can still have one delivered to one address and collected from another, confirmed at booking, or drive it one-way and drop it back with us.
Read the full answer →No. Smoking, vaping, and cannabis are banned in every Grant Motor Group exotic, and yes, a cleaning fee applies if you break that rule. Mainstream rental smoking fees run about $100 to $450, and exotic detailing to remove smoke odor commonly runs higher. Confirm your car's exact figure at booking.
Read the full answer →Sometimes, with prior approval. Out-of-state trips to Las Vegas or California need to be cleared in advance and may not be possible on every car. Tell us your destination and mileage plan when you book, and check that your insurance covers you across state lines before you leave.
Read the full answer →Book at least one to two weeks ahead for the best choice of car, and earlier for peak season. Scottsdale's busiest stretch runs from January through spring, around Barrett-Jackson, the WM Phoenix Open, and spring training, when popular cars sell out. Last-minute rentals are sometimes possible, so it is always worth a call.
Read the full answer →Your pickup and return times are set on your rental agreement when you book. Grant Motor Group offers hourly, daily, and weekly rentals and does not publish one fixed grace period, so confirm your window at booking and call if you will be late.
Read the full answer →A rented exotic car takes premium unleaded gasoline, usually 91 to 93 octane, never diesel and never E85. You return it at the same fuel level you got it. Bring it back lower and a refueling fee applies.
Read the full answer →If your rented exotic breaks down, you pull over somewhere safe and call Grant Motor Group at (623) 400-3031. Do not attempt roadside repairs. We coordinate towing and service, and another car from the fleet is subject to availability. Who pays depends on cause: driver-caused damage falls under the damage policy, and breakdown handling is set in your rental agreement.
Read the full answer →Grant Motor Group sets your exact cancellation terms when you book, because they vary by car and date. Most exotic rental companies give a full refund when you cancel well ahead, commonly 48 or more hours out, and apply a percentage fee inside that window. Confirm your car's terms at booking.
